Niche is looking for a self-starter with a proactive mindset to join our team as a Sales Associate. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and curious about the industry and is on top of the latest news and trends. Salary: $18.00 - $20.00

Hours:  8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily

Requirements:

• 2+ years professional sales experience
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of company products
• Must be available to work Trade Shows in NY and 1-2 weekends per year for our Factory Sale
• Experience with ERP systems and HubSpot (or other CRM) is preferred. Bill.com, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Suite is a plus

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience

• Develop and continue to build knowledge of all our products, policies, and services
• Be an optimistic problem-solver, seeking opportunities to help customers have a positive experience
• Be dependable, on-time, and able to work within agreed scheduling needs for the Customer Support Team
• Participate in meetings as scheduled
• Maintain accurate customer information and up-to-date logs
• Continue to look for ways to improve existing processes
• Work inter-departmentally to complete projects as required
• Manage live-chat through website
